Rob told me to not be down on myself and that we will get this property. So I gave him the go-ahead to write the contract. After 8 hours of negotiating, Rob had me under contract, a week after the other contract fell through. The day the second appraisal went through, I was a nervous wreck and Rob kept me updated on the status. The appraisal went through and he congratulated me. I told him, I can’t celebrate until I have the keys. Three weeks later the keys were in my hand along with a bottle of champagne. Rob is extremely knowledgeable about the market and shows passion for both his clients and real estate. He made sure the process was smooth from viewing properties to closing day. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
